Job Description
Position Overview
As an Analyst,Construction Compliance, you willbe responsible forsupportingconstruction compliance activities, including but not limited toPrevailing Wages & Apprenticeship compliance, Davis-Bacon Act compliance,documentcontrol structures on Invenergy projects, auditing processes & reports, and managing reporting within theConstruction Complianceteam. The Associate role will be heavily focused onworking drive construction compliance milestones and deliverableswith oversight, ensuringinformation integrity within the Construction Project Management system, ensuring processes within the follow company standard,andproviding support on key initiatives.
GeneralResponsibilities:
Lead all construction compliance activities in the project throughout its lifecycle, to deliver project deliverables to the required scope and schedule, receiving oversight as needed from senior members of the team.
Manage workload across multipleprojects, providing seamless milestone delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
Represent the company in discussions with stakeholdersandthird partyconsultants.
Manage projectdeliverablesacross multiple contractors andscopestoensureadherence toprojectschedule.
Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted project team member on each project they support.
SpecificResponsibilities:
Project Management:
Establish and lead regularproject meetings and communications to ensureconstruction compliance deliverables are met.
Identifyand evaluate risks andwork with internal and external stakeholders to escalate and mitigate project risks related to construction compliance.
Leverage the construction project management system to provide regular project status updates.
Use best practices and lessons learnedin daily work tasks.
Ensure record keeping for the entire project by adhering to company document management policies.
Construction Compliance:
Oversee and manage relevant regulatory requirements to support construction tax benefits, including but not limited to Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship, Davis-Bacon, Local and Domestic Content.
Maintain relationshipswithcontractors, third partyconsultantsandinternalstakeholders.
Document Control:
Implement and manage document control processes to ensure the accuracy, organization, and accessibility of compliance-related documents.
Handles routine inquiries and concerns, to include review, and follow up with involved parties fortimelydocument submission
Process Development:
Partner with senior associates in the department to support the development and implementation of initiatives that are complex in scope
Lead initiatives with minimal complexity or transactional in nature
Process Auditing:
Conduct regular audits of internal processes to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Department Training and Support:
Serve as a resource for new team members as theyon-boardto the department.
Training and Support:
Participate intraining and supportefforts forinternalstakeholdersregardingcompliance requirements and best practices.
Setting up andmaintainingprojects in the construction project management system
Creating and generating reports, analyzing data,identifyingpotential issues, and proposing solutions to Project Managers
Demonstrategoodcommunicationand coordination with other departments
MinimumRequirements
Bachelor’s degree or completing aBachelor'sdegree byhire date
Internship experience
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
Document control and/or process auditing experience
Construction experience and/or construction internship preferred
Renewable energy experience and/or renewable energy internship preferred
Document control and/or process auditing preferred
Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
Ability tocomprehendand carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal direction
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with project coordination and management of projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders preferred
Base Pay
$28.85 - $37.14 USD Hourly
Bonus: 15%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
