Job Description Summary:
The positionis responsible forleading and driving the accelerated growth of The Coca-Cola TM across Japan and Korea by delivering a prioritizedMealsgrowth strategy that will deliver mid to long-term growth across business, W+recruitmentand equity. This includes market landscape assessment, aggressive goal setting, robust strategydevelopmentand strong plan development andexecutionsincluding in collaboration within the CCTM Team and key stakeholders across both markets.
Deliver revenue,profitand market share growth byestablishingstrong Brand Equityon Meals and increasing overall Share in Meals, with special focus on AH Meals.

Lead the development ofLong RangeBusiness PlanofJSKMealsby deliveringa clearAH and AFHMeals Strategy, businessobjectives, financial and recruitment targets.Support the Meals Market Execution Leads onAnnual Business Plan
Give guidance onmarket’s meals investment strategyby sharing best practice business models, channel prioritizations (i.e.E&D vs QSR vs CVS)and providingcourse correction recommendations
Lead JSK Monthly Business Reviewfocusing on Mealstoidentifycurrent issues and emerging opportunities by connecting multiple data sources to find business and consumer insights that canimpactthe business strategy and execution both in thelongandmidterm. Unlike QPR or Weekly Business Tracking, this analysis will be focused on how the brand is doing wholistically towards achieving itsmid tolong-termobjective.
Be the primary brand support to Creative Team onMealsmarketing communication and content developmentincluding the Local Food PairingCommunication Strategy and Content (i.e.CoChiLu, My Meal Partner)
Leadideation oninitiatives todriverecruitment andtransactions that delivers on the Meals Strategy going beyond product and focusing more on packaging or new ways of engagement(i.e.MultiserveAlwaysOnPack Program)
With enterprise mindset, connect closely with the GlobalMealscommunity network torepresentJSK on alignment including business planning routines,learningand sharing best practices,adaptatingthe overall global TM strategy for JSK

Qualifications & Requirements
Work experience for at least 10 yearsin the area ofbrand/product marketing at FMCG including new product development.
A well-tuned skill in taking a wealth of consumer research and understanding and arriving at the most important insights for brand strategy development.
Strong passion and responsibility to lead the project and deliver results.
Consumer centric mindset.
