  • Deep understandingof the art & science behind shopper needs (where to play),behavior, and foresights, enabled by human sciences,dataand advanced analytics

  • InformMarketingLRP andOU-wide programs by providinga deep,present forward andfuture-back understanding ofshopper’sdrivers, andneed pillars/occasions to shape portfolio choices, category strategies,program’sexcellenceacross the OU.

  • Lead portfolio strategyfor the OU, defining where to playand how to win

  • Own the art & science of shopper understanding, spanning needs,behaviors, rituals, and decision journeys.Lead shopper sciences to unlock conversion, in-store excellence, and path-to-purchase growth.

  • Act as the strategic bridge to MPS, ensuring portfolio intent is operationalized.

  • Translatedata intoInsights that shapeshopperstrategy/programs,programsand investment.

  • Strategic Shopper Insight Leadership:Define and lead the shopper insight strategy across channels and occasions,identifyinggrowth opportunities and informing long-term franchise and category strategies.

  • End-to-End Insight to Execution:Translate shopper insights into clear commercial recommendations, guiding execution across pricing, promotion, pack, assortment, and in-store activation.

  • Decision Support & Performance Optimization:Providedata-driven guidance tooptimizecommercial decisions,leveragingsyndicated data, primary research, and advanced analytics to track performance and refine strategies.

  • Thought Leadership & Capability Building:Act as a thought leader on shopper and channel trends within the beverage industry, elevating shopper-centric thinking and building insight capabilities across the organization.

Experience&Critical Requirements

  • Significant marketingand leadershipexperience (15years+),with great focus onshopperinsights, analytics, humansciencesand market research.

  • Behaviors:GrowthMindset: someone that is curious, dreamsbig, doeswhat is hard and has an enterprise mindset.Passionate and uncompromisable commitment to excellenceand servant leadership.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; influential skills with senior executives

  • Ability to work in networked teams with full collaboration, especially in highly volatile and ambiguous contexts

  • Ability to navigate complex challenges & linkages and articulate into plans to driveresults
