Designs and validates power management solutions, drives power delivery technology innovation, and enables power management and conversion components. Conducts the design, development, and verification of onchip power grid, power gating, and power delivery circuits. Defines SoC or subsystem level clocking targets and drives entire teams to achieve these objectives as required. Creates models for power delivery networks including ondie power gating and estimates peak current demands and voltage responses for various IPs. Drives power distribution network architecture and integration requirements of IPs and subsystems for backend implementation. Performs power integrity analysis, works on power noise reduction for highspeed IO interconnections, and conducts verification of onchip power grid, power gating, and power delivery circuits for IP and SoC products.Qualifications:
- Bachelors (B.Tech) or Masters (M.Tech) in Electronics Engineering or related areas. - At least 10+ years of experience in SoC level power estimation and analysis. - Hands-on experience in power sign off using PtPx, Power Artist, Joule at block level - Experience of power analysis at the RTL, netlist and post-silicon level. - Experience with implementation and architectural techniques for low power. - Proficient in scripting languages (Tcl, Perl, Python). - Ability to communicate effectively with multiple global cross-functional teams.Job Type:
