A caregiver in this position works8:00am to 5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Develop, implement,manage,andmaintainoperational systems and activities.
- Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
- Review andmonitoradherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor'sDegree inBusinessAdministration, HealthcareAdministrationorarelated fieldand three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems trainingORAssociate’sDegreeand five years of experienceORMaster’sDegree and two years of experience
- Certifications may be required based upon specific positions
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
- Exposure to medical and surgical operations
- Endoscopy experience
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
