A caregiver in this position works8:00am to 5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Develop, implement,manage,andmaintainoperational systems and activities.

• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

• Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

• Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

• Review andmonitoradherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor'sDegree inBusinessAdministration, HealthcareAdministrationorarelated fieldand three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems trainingORAssociate’sDegreeand five years of experienceORMaster’sDegree and two years of experience
• Certifications may be required based upon specific positions

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
• Exposure to medical and surgical operations
• Endoscopy experience
