    一、商务创新项目全流程管理负责区域内CSO合作项目的全生命周期管理，包括项目启动、协议签署、执行跟进、关键节点管控及成果验收，确保项目按计划达成既定目标。统筹内外部资源，协调市场、医学等跨部门力量，支持项目顺利开展。二、商业合作伙伴管理参与商业合作伙伴的筛选、评估与日常管理，建立评估标准和准入机制。对商业合作伙伴团队进行培训、指导及绩效回顾，定期开展业务复盘，识别机会与不足，制定针对性改进计划。监督商业合作伙伴的学术推广活动的计划、执行及有效性评估，确保学术活动合规、有效开展。三、业务运营与数据分析基于数据开展业务分析，识别业务机会点与风险。定期开展业绩回顾，共同商讨并制定明确的生意计划。收集市场信息、竞争动态及政策变化，为区域业务规划和策略调整提供参考。四、跨部门协作与跨部门团队保持密切沟通，组织项目沟通会议，协同解决业务难点。五、合规管理确保项目活动及行为严格遵守法律法规，公司政策及合规要求，保障项目合规运营。任职要求：本科及以上学历，医学、药学、市场营销或管理类相关专业优先。3年以上医药行业商务、渠道管理或CSO项目管理工作经验；具备多疾病领域推广经验者优先。熟悉医药行业政策法规、流通市场模式及CSO合作模式。具备较强的项目管理能力，能统筹多项目并行推进。优秀的商务谈判、跨部门沟通及利益相关者管理能力。良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用Office办公软件（尤其是Excel和PPT）。责任心强，正直诚信，具备团队合作精神。能适应出差，快速适应市场变化。Pfizer ...
